iCONM in collaboration with BioLabsは、UC Berkeley発のアクセラレーターであるSkyDeckと共同し、”世界初”の創薬に特化した教育プログラムを、2026年1月20日・21日の2日間にわたり開催しました。本プログラムは、川崎市川崎区殿町（キングスカイフロント）に立地するResearch Gate Building 2内の神奈川県立保健福祉大学講義室を会場に、初期段階の起業家や起業準備中の方、創薬系スタートアップに関心を持つ学生を対象として実施されました。当日は23名が参加し、創薬スタートアップ立ち上げに必要な実践的ノウハウについて、講義およびグループワークを通じて理解を深めました。
1日目の夜には、羽田イノベーションシティ内のrestaurant il CIELO HANEDAにてネットワーキングイベントを開催し、参加者と講師の間で活発な交流が行われました。2日目には、iCONMの施設見学ラボツアーを実施し、創薬・ナノ医療研究におけるエコシステムの最前線に触れる機会を提供いたしました。プログラムの締めくくりとして、参加者の中から選ばれた10名によるShark Tank形式のピッチセッションを実施し、会場内投票で高く評価されたプレゼンターには、SkyDeckより特別ギフトが贈呈されました。

iCONM in collaboration with BioLabs and SkyDeck, an accelerator originating from UC Berkeley, held the world’s first education program dedicated to drug discovery over two days, January 20–21, 2026. The program took place in a lecture room of Kanagawa University of Human Services, located in Research Gate Building 2 (RGB2) in Tonomachi area of Kawasaki City (King Skyfront). Targeting early-stage entrepreneurs, aspiring founders, and students interested in biotech startups, the program welcomed 23 participants. Through lectures and group work, participants gained practical insights essential for launching biotech startups.
On the evening of the first day, a networking event was held at restaurant il CIELO HANEDA Innovation City, creating an open and relaxed environment for active exchange between participants and instructors. On the second day, participants joined an iCONM laboratory tour, where they explored the drug discovery and nanomedicine research ecosystem and gained firsthand exposure to cutting-edge facilities and ongoing research initiatives. The program wrapped up with a Shark Tank–style pitch session, where 10 selected participants presented their ideas and received direct, real-world feedback from the instructors. The audience also took part in the evaluation, and the top presenters selected through live voting were awarded special gifts from SkyDeck.
